SEASONAL GROUP THERAPY
New York can be a lonely place. This group is for those struggling with a lack of connection & a lack of direction. This group will be a place to come to every week to gain a sense of community and peace. We will meet in Astoria Park to sit together in support, openness and connection to address your needs and challenges.
We will utilize the supportive atmosphere of the group as well as my expertise in mindfulness to find connection & guidance with any challenges that might come up.
Some tools that we will utilize are mindfulness, walking meditation, journaling & accountability.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Groups will meet each Wednesday (see dates above) from 6:30-7:45pm in Astoria Park.
Groups will meet for 4 sessions at the change of each season & will address unique needs that we are experiencing during those transitions. You can read more about my approach to seasons in these blogs.
If additional support is needed between sessions, we can discuss meeting on an individual basis.
WHAT IS MY COMMITMENT?

I ask that you commit to each week of the cycle so we can built trust and support one another fully. Each cycle will have its own unique structure and attending the fully course will ensure that you get the most out of the group process.
