Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Over the years I've had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals as they navigate the ups and downs of life, particularly in the realms of parenting and perinatal mental health.

I get it - life can be overwhelming, and it's easy to lose sight of our own well-being in the midst of it all. That's why I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space for you to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. As a parent myself I actively work on fostering this delicate balance, meeting our needs in parenting as well as our child’s needs.

My approach is all about blending compassionate conversation with the healing power of nature. We can sit together in my cozy office or take a walk in the beautiful outdoors - whatever feels most comforting and restorative for you.

As someone who's traded in my own high-stress career for a life of greater balance, I understand the value of slowing down and reprioritizing our well-being. I'm here to support you in doing the same, with warmth, empathy, and a healthy dose of real talk.

When I’m not working or parenting you can find my outdoors—whether on a hike around the beautiful Hudson Valley, working in our garden, or tending to the chickens. Parenting through the pandemic has taught me so much about embracing uncertainty and finding joy in the little moments — something I love helping my clients learn as well.
