I believe that everyone is capable of change and that wonderful things happen when you have a supportive, encouraging, and positive environment in order to foster growth. 

We will get "outside the box" both physically and conceptually. By changing the therapeutic setting from indoors to outdoors, we can take steps towards your goals in ways that are meaningful and realistic. 

Allow me to help you create a practice of being present, aware, and non-judgmental in your daily life. Doing this will allow you to live in the moment, find balance, and gain a better understanding of what you want out of life so you are able to achieve it. It is my belief that anyone can have peace and happiness and I love helping people along their journey to find it. Let's get outside the box and take steps together to find awareness, focus, and positivity in unlikely places.

My Journey

I am a reformed "stressaholic." Formerly working 50-60 hours per week, I placed all my focus on helping others and lost the balance for myself. I took a gigantic leap of faith in March 2016 when I quit my full time job to live and work on a farm in Italy. Living a slower, stress-free lifestyle helped me get back to basis and reevaluate my priorities.

Since returning to New York, I have placed more focused not only on my own self-care routines, but on helping clients find ways to create sustainable self-care for themselves. I stay balanced by spending time with my animals, growing an urban garden, cooking elaborate meals, rock climbing, and practicing yoga.
